Join us as Brand Ambassador & Dinner Host

One In A Million is a brand-new initiative that organizes IRL dating events in Frankfurt, Mainz, and beyond. Our main offer is the One In A Million Dinner Party, where we bring together around 10–20 single strangers, who are on the same vibe and in a similar age range, for dinners at culinary hotspots. The project will go live very soon. To get it off the ground, we are looking to build momentum not just through socials, but mainly through word-of-mouth and real communities. On this journey, we would love to have YOU with us.

The Role

Probably the most exciting side gig you’ve seen in a minute! Your task? Talk about what we’re doing, and get others curious too. With a personal affiliate code that customers can use to get a discount on event tickets, you invite relevant people from your social circle and beyond. Promotion happens wherever your life happens: on uni campuses, in WhatsApp groups, on your personal socials, in associations, at work, etc.

In addition, you might join brand activations at awesome happenings (block parties, neighbourhood events, festivals, sports matches, etc.) If you have a knack for social media, you can also be involved in creating engaging, meaningful, and attention-grabbing content for our Instagram & TikTok (in front or behind the camera).

As a dinner host, you’ll regularly attend One In A Million Dinner Parties. Your goal as host is to facilitate connection and engagement among participants, make everyone feel warm and welcome, liaise with the venue during the evening, and ensure guests' safety and wellbeing.

The setup is very flexible. You decide how much effort you want to put in, depending on the returns you’re seeing and how much you enjoy being part of the community. It’s also possible to only be a brand ambassador or only host dinners.

Possible Profiles

You must be located in Frankfurt, Mainz, or Heidelberg (later on we will likely add Berlin, Zürich, and Dublin). Being involved purely remote is not an option. There is no set profile or skill set required, but people who somewhat fit within ONE of the following profiles are especially well-matched:

University students: For you, studying isn’t just a digital get-a-degree-and-go-home experience. You’re a known face on campus, well-connected within the student community. You’re active in study associations, in all the right WhatsApp groups, and know the events and people that matter around town. OR

Expats: You’re an international living in Frankfurt or Mainz and stay connected with fellow expats from your country (Spain, Italy, France, India, etc.) through events, meetups, and WhatsApp groups. Open to new people and experiences, you’re excited to reduce loneliness among expats and help them navigate the complicated German dating scene. OR

Creators: You’re a content creator, micro-influencer, or exploring a career in media production. You have a decent following on Instagram/TikTok or are looking to grow one. This is your opportunity to get involved with a brand that has mega potential and create content in the algorithm-approved space of love & relationships. OR

Young professionals: You love the corporate craziness (or don’t, but somehow ended up in it 😉) and are well connected within your organization. Ideally one that cares about the social wellbeing of its employees. And even if it doesn’t, you’re the one who’s going to bring about change by spreading the word within your company and the broader corporate world!
